4. Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify Revibe immediately of any unauthorised access.
- Revibe may require identity or KYC information from Users or Organizers to comply with law or payment rules. Failure to provide requested information may lead to suspension.
5. User & Organizer Obligations
- Users must provide accurate, current information and must not misuse the Platform.
- Organizers are solely responsible for event truthfulness, ticket terms, refunds, compliance with laws, safety, and fulfilment. Revibe only publishes or indexes Organizer content; it is not the Organizer unless expressly stated.
6. Listings, Bookings & Third‐Party Services
- Event details, prices and seat availability are provided by Organizers or third parties. Revibe does not warrant their accuracy.
- Where the Platform redirects you to a Ticketing Partner or Organizer for purchase, the purchase contract is between you and that third party. Revibe will provide technical facilitation only.

- Revibe may set off, withhold or recover any amounts (including refunds, chargebacks, fines, fees) due to fraud, breach or legal requirement.
8. Chargebacks, Fraud & Risk Management
- Revibe may suspend, withhold settlements, or take remedial action where transactions are fraudulent, disputed, have abnormal chargeback rates, or raise regulatory concerns.
- You will cooperate with investigations and provide requested documentation.
9. Intellectual Property
- Revibe and its licensors own all Platform IP. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works except as expressly authorised.

- User rights: you may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion subject to legal exceptions. Requests: support@revibeindia.com.
11. Confidentiality & Security

12. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". Except as expressly provided, Revibe disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‐infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revibe and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
- Revibe's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the lesser of (a) total amounts paid by the claimant to Revibe in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, and (b) INR 50,000.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Revibe (and its officers, employees, agents and partners) harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or any third‐party claim relating to your content or use of the Platform.
15. Suspension & Termination
Revibe may suspend or terminate accounts or access for breach, fraud, abuse, regulatory request or safety concerns. Termination does not remove accrued obligations, and clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g., indemnity, IP, limitation) will survive.
16. Force Majeure
Revibe is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control (acts of God, government action, cyberattacks, epidemics, strikes, network failures).
17. Notices, Changes & Agreement
- Revibe may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revibe regarding the Platform and supersede earlier communications.
